Home Visits

We are happy to visit patients at home if they are too ill to get to the surgery. Visits can be requested ideally between 08:30 and 10:30 by ringing 0116 236 2531.

Please be ready to give your name, address, telephone number and brief details of your problem.

Lack of transport, bad weather or looking after children are not reasons for a home visit.

You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby.
